We LOVE this recipe! It's a light, fast and very flavorful dinner, perfect if you've had a large lunch! I sauté the onion as instructed, but once I add the tomatoes and broth and olives, I cover the pan and let it simmer so the onions are very soft. I add the fish about 10 minutes before serving. The heat of the tomatoes with green chilis isn't overwhelming, and the sliced green olives compliment it well.
