This was suprisingly good. My mom said she could eat it every day. I used Chicken broth instead of the water and did a little sprinkle of Parm Cheese for a little extra flavor.. I myself was impressed also! Will definitely make again. Going to try with Shrimp and Broccoli next time.
This was delicious! I added a bit more red pepper since I like the spice. I also baked the salmon on 450 degrees for 17 minutes instead of microwaving. We will definitely make this again.
