This recipe is a total winner. I love how they're formed and crispy even though we're baking them--I put them on foil w/Pam not wax paper b/c the wax paper made them stick--instead of store bought quac I did 1 Hass avocado, 4 tbsp ff sour cream, and a squirt of dijon...w/ grated garlic n lemon juice. I feel that's much more fresh tasting and and equal pt value. Also--the panko you can use the chipotle panko to give more of a kick--Great Recipe!!
These were amazing! They were filling, easy and even better the next day! Paired with a side of the Roasted Vegetables recipe (I used, mushrooms, zucchini, squash, red onions and artichokes) - it was delicious!
Amazing! Tasty and filling. Added about 1/4 tsp more cayenne pepper and used freeze dried chives instead of onions. It's a must try recipe.
So easy and delicious! I followed the recipe exactly and wouldn't change anything. They are not as good reheated but are still a nice lunch for the next day.
