1 cup(s) (shredded) romaine lettuce, roughly chopped or ripped into bite size pieces
15 oz canned black beans
1 pound(s) cooked 99% fat-free ground turkey breast, cooked thoroughly
1 cup(s) yellow pepper(s), roughly chopped
3 medium uncooked scallion(s), finely chopped
1 medium uncooked red onion(s), finely chopped
1 sprig(s) cilantro, 1 bunch finely chopped
2 cup(s) jalapeño pepper(s), finely choppe
4 small fresh tomato(es), Roma roughly chopped include juice
2 item(s) fresh lime(s), squeeze juice into corn salsa
1 item(s) (medium) avocado
2 Tbsp fat free sour cream
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 clove(s) (medium) garlic clove(s), crushed prepare with meat
1 tsp dry mix McCormick Seasoning Mix, Taco, Hot, 1 packet (prepare meat per packet directions)
15 oz Kroger Corn, White & Gold, Whole Kernel
1 chips Doritos Tortilla Chips, Taco Flavor
1/8 cup Kroger Cheese, Finely Shredded, 4 Cheese Mexican Blend, Reduced Fat
Prepare ground turkey with garlic per McCormick taco seasoning instructions, set aside simmering while preparing corn salsa. Mix all fresh and canned ingredients except the romaine lettuce in a large mixing bowl. Black pepper, 2 TBSP olive oil, and lime juice to taste. Place romaine lettuce in bowl, crunch 10 doritos on top of lettuce. Top with 1/8 cup cheese then taco meat. Add corn salsa to preference then top with 2 Tbsp of fat free sour cream. Enjoy!
