1/2 cup(s) cooked sweet green pepper strips
1/2 cup(s) cooked onion(s)
1/2 cup(s) cooked sweet red pepper strips
1 cup(s) cooked mushroom pieces
6 oz Campbells Condensed cream of chicken soup
15 oz raw Open Nature Chicken Breast, Boneless Skinless
- In a frying pan with a small coating of oil, sear the chicken on both sides.
In the crock pot, pour in one small can of cream of chicken soup, a package of pre-cleaned, sliced mushrooms, and a package of "Fajita Mix" (red & green peppers and onions).
Add the chicken to the crock pot and cook on high for 6-7 hours.
This recipe can also be done in an oven set to 350 degrees. Just place each chicken individually in a pocket of tin foil with a portion of the ingredients and bake for 60-90 minutes (until thoroughly cooked). Very yummy!
