15 oz fat-free ricotta cheese
5 slice(s) uncooked turkey bacon
1 1/2 cup(s) fresh mushroom(s)
1 cup(s) (chopped) uncooked onion(s)
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
2 cup Egg Beaters Egg Product, with Yolk
1 tsp Hooters Hot Sauce, With Tabasco Peppers
- Grease heavy fry pan with olive oil, chop turkey bacon into about 2 inch pieces, chop onion, and slice mushrooms add all to fry pan and start cooking until mushrooms shrink slightly on low heat.
Combine egg beaters, ricotta and spices in a medium bowl until well combined.
Gently pour egg mixture over meat mixture in fry pan still on low heat. let cook until starting to set.
Turn on broiler part of oven, with rack at center height place fry pan under broiler and bake for approx 10 mins, keep an eye out so it doesn't burn on the top! Cook until well set and top is dry looking and slightly browned.
