1 serving(s) Pea Protein Powder, Add 1 Level Scoop to 8oz of cold water, and blend.
1 medium fresh apple(s), Cut into small slices and add to mixture
1 medium banana(s), pill and add to mixture
1 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Grains-Of-Discovery Whole seed chia, add to mixture
- mix all ingredients in blender with and 8oz of water.
