2 pound(s) frozen cauliflower florets
8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 cup(s) uncooked scallion(s), 2 bunches - sliced
6 slice(s) crisp cooked bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 clove(s) (medium) garlic clove(s), grated
1 cup Kraft Cheese, Shredded, Natural, Sharp Cheddar, divided
1 cup Kraft Shredded Cheese, Monterey Jack, divided
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Steam (or cook) cauliflower until tender. Whilec auliflower steams, cream together 6 oz of cheddar cheese, 6 oz of monterey jack, cream cheese and heavy cream. Stir in green onions, chopped bacon and garlic. Set aside. Drain any liquid from steamed cauliflower and add to cheese mixtured, stir together. Taste for seasoning and add Salt & Pepper to taste. Pour into 2-3 quart casserole and sprinkle on remaining ceddar & monterey jack cheese. Cover dish w/ foil
