1 pound(s) cooked lean beef steak, well trimmed
3 clove(s) (medium) garlic clove(s), minced
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 cup(s) shredded carrot(s), matchstick like
2 cup(s) uncooked celery, thinly sliced
3 medium uncooked scallion(s), sliced
1/4 gm Kraft Light Dressing, Lite, Asian Toasted Sesame
2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
2 tbsp La Choy Soy Sauce, Lite
- Cut steak crosswise into thin slices, then cust each slince into thin strips. Place meat in medium bowl. Add garlic and crusted pepper; mix lightly. Mix the next 4 ingredients
HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high hear. Stir fry meat, in batchs, 1 to 2 mins or until meat is barel pink in center. Transfer to plate; set aside.
ADD carrots and celery to skillet; stirfry 2 mins. Return meat to skillet along with dressing mixture; stir fry 1 to 2 mins or until meat is done and sauce is slightly thickenend stir in onions
