1/2 cup(s) fat free sour cream
1/2 cup(s) fat-free plain Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 Tbsp freeze-dried chives
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped-fresh
1 tsp table salt, or to taste
1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground -or to your taste
1 Tbsp Trader Joe's Grocery - White balsamic vinegar
1 cup(s) low-fat buttermilk
1/4 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise dressing with olive oil
- In a mixing bowl combine the sour cream, yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, chives, chopped parsley, salt and freshly ground pepper. Mix well with a wire wisk. Then add white balsamic vinegar and the buttermilk. Chill well before serving. Note: May use fresh chopped chives or finely grated fresh onion in place of dried if desired. Just make sure you grate the onion on the fine side of the grater.
This is great on a geen salad or as a dipping sauce for fresh veggie sticks.
