These were good--sweet, complex flavors, interesting textures. However, there is not much food for 5 points (you get half of a plantain and about 1/3 cup of onions). If I were "splurging" and using weekly points, these would be a nice side dish to a special meal. But as an everyday, weeknight side dish, just too many points! We had these plantains with the Cuban Chicken and Pineapple together (both use the grill). They were nice dishes to pair together.
