This crust was not very crusty. It was more like a baked scrambled egg with way too much garlic. And I love garlic. The texture was mushy, even after cooking it 7 minutes longer than it called for. The pizza had to be eaten with a fork. Not such a big deal, but it definitely was not firm enough to eat like a slice of pizza. After a few bites, the flavor (garlic, garlic, garlic!) and texture (quichelike mush) became overwhelming. Also gave me a lot of gas!! Sorry...just being honest!
