This was an awesome recipe! The marinade for the chicken was delicious and could be used for pork, beef or fish as well. I pounded the chicken thin and cooked it hot and fast to keep it juicy. I used dry dill instead of fresh, but half as much and I used dry chives in the feta mixture and just let it sit for a bit. Instead of hamburger buns I used flatbread to make it more like a giro. Turned out amazing, my husband wants them again tomorrow!
