Loved this Sandwich! It's tasty and healthy. I used a small food processor to make the feta cheese into a spread and had to add a little more milk. I used unsweetened vanilla Almond milk. So good. I also used lemon instead of vinegar. And used Udi's gluten free hamburger bun. It's not as soft as a regular bun but I feel better off of gluten. I didn't use 4oz of chicken portion for last night's dinner so that I had enough to make the sandwich for today's lunch. This is a winner!
