30 item(s) mini phyllo shell(s)
1 cup(s) part-skim ricotta cheese
2 large egg(s)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
6 oz lump crabmeat
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- in a blender or food processor mix together the ricotta, eggs, garlic powder, salt & pepper and 1/2 the parmesan until smooth.
slowly mix in the crab meat.
fill the filo cups with the mixture .
sprinke with the remaining parmesan cheese
Bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes or until the filing is set and golden brown.
These can be served hot at room temperature or cold.
