Love this recipe! It was given to me by a friend while she was in WW. I use lean ground turkey, add three cans of beans, and use two cans of stewed tomatoes as well. It tastes delicious, freezes well, and is a great gluten-free meal.
I made this recipe and used Morning Start "meat" crumbles to make it sort of vegan - delicious!
DELISH... and glad it made a lot of soup - I'll be eating it all week long - happily! Filling and even with a double portion - not a lot of points!
I really love this recipe. I didn't include the ranch dressing but it was an oversite. I will definitely include it next time. It is very filling. It allows you to eat with out racking up a lot of points. Plus, if you love spicy, then you can add jalapenos or other zero point items to give additional flavor. Even hot sauce!!
