I love this recipe... I added a can of tomatoes and some garlic and cumin ...delish!!!
This was fantastic and very filling. I thought I was going to have to eat 2 servings but 1 cup was plenty! I topped my bowl with 1/8 cup 2% Mexican cheese. I also substituted Goya pink beans for the pinto and kidney beans which have the same points per serving. It was easy to make and I will definitely make again.
Love this recipe! It was given to me by a friend while she was in WW. I use lean ground turkey, add three cans of beans, and use two cans of stewed tomatoes as well. It tastes delicious, freezes well, and is a great gluten-free meal.
I made this recipe and used Morning Start "meat" crumbles to make it sort of vegan - delicious!
