1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cup(s) water
1 serving(s) Great Value Egg Substitute, 1/4 cup or 2 egg whites
1/4 cup(s) sugar
8 tbsp Hershey's Natural unsweetened cocoa, (1/2 cup)
3/4 cup Pillsbury Best Flour, All Purpose, Unbleached
3 tsp Rumford Baking Powder, 1 tbsp
3 cup (dry) Fiber One Original Bran Cereal
10 tbsp Hershey's Bake Shoppe Mini Chips, Semi-Sweet Chocolate, 2/3 cup
48 tsp Stevia In the Raw Sweetener, Zero Calorie, Granulated, 1 cup
- Put cereal in water and set aside. Mix all dry ingredients with wire whisk. Combine cereal to dry mixture, egg whites and vanilla and mix well with MIXER for creamier batter. Fold in the chocolate chips and put batter in 24 regular size muffin tins that have been sprayed well with non-stick spray. Bake @ 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
Be sure to refrigerate and not leave out as they will mold if left out for days.
This used to be a 1 point muffin on the old program.
