1/8 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground flax seed meal
1 1/2 cup(s) water
1 serving(s) 1 tbsp raw unfiltered honey
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp Inglehoffer Garlic Cloves, Ground
1 tsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar, Raw, Unfiltered, Organic
- The apple cider drink (liquids)should be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated. Spices can also be mixed together and a teaspoon of combined ingredients added to the liquids only when ready to drink. Drink it twice per day for maximum benefits.. The liquids and spices do not easily mix tgether. However, you can swirl drink to ensure spices are consumed. Tastes best when liquids are cold.
