1/2 cup(s) hot pepper sauce
1 cup(s) uncooked celery, chopped
12 oz roasted skinless boneless chicken breast, shredded
1 cup(s) blue cheese, crumbled
- Mix chicken with hot sauce. Align 1 egg roll wrapper on work surface to resemble a diamond. Place 1 tbsp celery, 2 tbsp chicken mixture, & 1 tbsp blue cheese on bottom corner of egg roll wraper. Fold up bottom corner. Next, fold each side corner toward center. Roll and seal top corner by wiping with a damp paper towel. When all 10 rolls are prepared, spray a baking rack with cooking spray. Place the rack over a cookie sheet. Arrange egg rolls on rack. Spray rolls with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees 12-15 minutes.
