I've used this before. I substitute green onions or regular onions for the leeks, use half a head of green cabbage, and use 2 chicken bouillon cubes. Forgot the garlic once and prefer the soup with garlic. I use Penzey's Mural of Flavor spices instead of the seasoned salt - yum! This soup is so good my son asked how to make it - he makes it a stew by adding stew meat or hot dogs.
