2 clove(s) (medium) garlic clove(s), diced
4 tsp olive oil, 3 tsp for chicken, 1 tsp for pan
1 cup(s) uncooked onion(s), diced and cooked with chicken
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
3 1/2 serving(s) hunts fire roasted tomatoes, 14.5 oz can
1 serving(s) hot sauce, louisiana hot sauce
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
3 item(s) cooked chicken thigh(s) with skin and bone, seasoned and pan seared
1 tsp garlic powder
- dice onion and garlic. add 1 tsp olive oil to each of 3 chicken thighs, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, cajun seasoning, and herb de province (optional). add 1 tsp olive oil to frying pan. cook chicken 5 minutes, skin side down first, or until nice and brown, flip and repeat on opposite side. add onion and garlic and diced tomatoes, hot sauce, cover pan and cook an additional 5 minutes or until chicken is done. salt and pepper to taste, serve over rice (optional) and enjoy.
