This is a great, filling, healthy recipe. I used leftover turkey which turned out great. I had to skip the parmesean because I was out but I'd love to try it again and include it. I omited the butter and used chicken broth that I made (less sodium). I did have to supplement with some unsalted chicken broth that I had purchased so that I had enough. I made this in my Crock Pot and let it cook on low all day but I'm sure the directions above would also work well. Thanks for the recipe!
