1 3/4 cup(s) uncooked old fashioned oats
1 item(s) egg white(s)
3/4 cup(s) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup(s) unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup(s) fat-free plain Greek yogurt
1 1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp table salt
1 cup(s) hot water
3/4 cup(s) Stevia Extract In The Raw Baking Serving
1/2 cup(s) Hershey's Chips, special dark
- Preheat oven to 350. Line 2 muffin tins with liners.
In a blender, mix all ingredients together except chocolate chips. Blend until oats are ground and mixture is smooth. Place mixture in bowl and gently stir in 1/2 of the chocolate chips.. Scoop mixture into muffin pans.
Place muffin pans in oven for 10 min. After 10 min. remove muffins from oven and distribute other half of chocolate chips on top of each muffin. Place muffins back in oven and bake an additional 2-6 minutes. Or until a toothpick comes out clean. Makes 12 muffins.
