Excellent, good portion size. Beef was lean good for WW, loved the rice. Very yummy!
Didn't eat the rice just the veggies and steak. Substituted rice for a garden salad with oil and vinegar. My other veggies were carrots and broccoli. Yummy!
Very helpful I also didn't have the rice, but had the green beans and about 1/2 the house salad with about 1 tablespoon italian dressing. I found a website fatsecret.com that gave me nutrional info for the greenbeans and house salad.
