2 serving(s) Bob's Red Mill Vegi Soup, Add to simmering stock/water
1 small uncooked onion(s), Chop onion
2 clove(s) (medium) garlic clove(s), Remove peel, gently crush & add to stock pot
1 tsp sea salt, To Taste
2 tsp black pepper, To Taste
1 tsp cayenne pepper, To taste
4 cup(s) water
Simmer water on stove in stock pot. Use 4 cups of liquid to each 1 cup of Bob's Red Mill Vegi Soup Mix. Peel and chop onion and garlic and add to broth. Add spices to taste.. Stir all ingredients, simmer for 30 minutes, stir well and then simmer for another 30 minutes or until Soup Mix is fully cooked/soft. Serve hot or with some chopped scallions as garnish. Yield 4 servings.
