I made this for a Sunday afternoon get together. Everyone loved it. I just had the leftovers for lunch over a bed of romaine lettuce. It was even better today.
Due to preference and availavility, I substituted shallots for red onion. My jalapeno didn't have much heat, so in the future I will test it and plan to add more if needed.
This recipe is well worth the time and is a option for a "different" salsa on the buffet table.
