delicious soup made with just cauliflower and chicken stock. When blended it makes a creamy soup. Spices can be adjusted to taste.

32 oz fat free chicken broth
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp Thai Kitchen Red curry paste
1 tsp table salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp garlic powder

saute onion until it gets a bit soft. Add in the 32 oz of fat free chicken stock and your raw cauliflower. ( I break into small pieces so it cooks faster) Add in your currry paste to taste...using more or less then I use. I also use just a 1/8 tsp or less of dried red chili pepper. If you like hot add more or not so hot..then just add a couple flakes. Add salt, pepper and garlic to taste also. Cook until cauliflower is tender. Then blend all in a blender ,food processor or use an immersion blender. It gets very smooth and has a creamy texture and appearance like creamed soup. Best of all it is only 0-1 per serving.
