So awesome! I used stevia and coconut milk vanilla creamer and no butter! Kept walnuts and bananas as recipe called for. Haven't figured point adjustments yet.
I love oatmeal in the morning and this was a step up for me. I will add a little more sweetener next time I make it, but overall it was great. Does not last for very long (had a couple of servings left)
I made the oatmeal the night before. In the morning I added the bananas and other ingredients and breakfast was ready in minutes. I think this would be just as good without the butter. Then perhaps add a few dried cranberries.
