Used 2 Keebler premade Crusts, added 1/4 cup of Greek Yogurt to the Cream Cheese Mixture. Whipped the Evaporated milk for 5 minutes and mixed it all together carefully. Refrig 3 hours.
Once I poured the mixture, divided evenly between the two, it took every bit of the 2 Keebler Pie Crusts and made 16 servings @ about 3 pts per serving (8 pieces per pie). I did NOT come out with 39 servings.
However, I can see where you might be able to use a large cheesecake spring form pan. Or a 13 X 9 pan.
