Shrimp and Chicken Bouillon with Rice

2 cube(s) chicken bouillon cube
2 cup(s) water
2 cup(s) cooked white rice
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
2 cup(s) cooked shrimp
- Crush cubes and toss with shrimp in plastic bag. Heat oil in pan. Add shrimp and cook about 3 minutes, until heated through. Remove shrimp and place in bowl. Add water to the skillet and bring to boil. Once boiling add rice and turn off the heat. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes or until water is absorded. Fluff rice with fork and add shrimp. Hint, I use minute rice and I chop the shrimp in to pieces.
