3 spray(s) cooking spray
1 item(s) cooked skinless chicken thigh(s) with bone
1 cup(s) canned mushrooms
27 gm bread stuffing dry mix
- Spray bottom of crockpot with cooking spray. Add one can (same as 2.5 servings) Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup. Add one small can of mushrooms, rinsed. Lay the chicken thigh (or breast if you prefer) on top of the liquid. Put on the lid and cook on medium heat for 5-6 hours until the chicken falls apart. Add 2/3 cup (one serving) of dry, unseasoned stuffing one hour before serving.
