24 packet(s) SPLENDA® SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener, (Equal to one Cup of Sugar)
1/4 cup(s) regular butter, Melted
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cup(s) cooked spaghetti squash, Cooked Shredded
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, (just a sprinkle)
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg, (just a pinch)
8 serving(s) pie crust, (9" Deep Dish Pie Crust - Baked)

Preheat oven to 350. Beat the sugar and eggs together in a mixing bowl until light and frothy. Beat in the butter, lemon juice, and vanilla until well blended. Stir in the spaghetti squash. Pour the mixture into the prebaked pie shell. If desired, dust the top with nutmeg and cinnamon. Bake the pie in preheated oven until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, approximately 40-45 minutes. Cool on a rack before serving. Garnish with Fat Free Whip Topping as desired. :)
