I replaced all cheeses with vegan subs. Same amounts. Very creamy and great--took like 10 minutes to microwave. I made my own marinara from the WeightWatchers site. Make just a bit more than what you need because you will get less than you think. The chicken does not take 4 minutes to brown and cook through. More like 18. I put in some water to steam up the chicken. And it was all worth it. Oh, with the Parmesan, shake it well before putting it on!! And the zucchini was perfect w/this.
