A giant cookie for breakfast. You can make a bigger batch and freeze these to eat throughout the week.

1/3 cup(s) uncooked old fashioned oats
1 Tbsp raisins
1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1/3 cup(s) non-fat instant dry powdered milk
1/4 cup(s) unsweetened applesauce
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp SPLENDA® Splenda sugar blend for baking

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Mix all ingredients together and spoon onton sheet. Bake for 15-20 mins. (*Divide into 4 large mounds for smaller cookies). If you like, use regular sugar for one point more.
