I had a large cookie sheet filled with skinless boneless chicken breasts for my family. I just sprinkled seasonings on them. with a package of the onion soup mix and put water on the cookie sheet and baked it for 1.5 hours. It tasted good but was cooked a bit too long. Depending on how much you cook, I would start checking at about 1 hour. Your chicken will be much juicier if it is cooked a bit less. I plan on making this again.
