6 small cooked new potato(es), Steamed, sprayed with butter spay and sprinkled wi
3 cup(s) Green Giant® Simply Steam® Baby sweet peas
6 spray(s) butter flavour cooking spray
3/4 pound(s) uncooked 95% lean ground beef
1 1/2 cup(s) uncooked bell pepper(s), Minced
2 cup(s) uncooked onion(s), Minced
1 1/2 slice(s) Nature's Own Double fibre wheat bread
1/4 cup(s) fat free sour cream
1 1/3 cup(s) canned tomatoes with green chilis, Drained. Reserve 1/3 cup to top meatloaf
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash Seasoning Blends Tomato Basil Seasoning Blend
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, Dried Parsley
1/2 cup(s) Egg Beaters Garden vegetable, refrigerated egg substitute
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray loaf pan with butter flavored cooking spray.
Put new potatoes in pot, cover with water, bring to a boil on the top of the stove, then cut heat down to medium, and cook till fork tender (approx. 7-10 min. after they are brought to a boil).
Put Green Giant microwave Baby green peas in the microwave. Important: 10 min... Before the meatloaf is finished cooking you will start the cooking process for the peas according to the package instructions.
While potatoes are cooking place all the meat loaf ingredients in a large bowl (putting reserved tomatoes and green chilis to the side). Mix thoroughly and place in the prepared loaf pan. Pour reserve tomatoes with green chilis over the top. Bake in preheated oven for 35-45 min.
Place 1/6th of the meat loaf on each dinner plate, one small potatoe, and 1/6th of the baby green peas. Mash each small potato with a fork, sprinkle with parsley and spay with butter flavored cooking spray.
