I couldn't remember the exact recipe, but I substituted a can of diced tomatoes for the paste and then used yellow squash (zucchini was not available) used dried Italian blend seasoning and it still came out great. This soup saves me when I'm waiting on my husband to get home from work. The hot soup and plentiful vegetables are very satisfying. And 0 points to boot!!! I make a whole batch and store it in the fridge - it reheats quickly in the microwave - beats the snack attack every time.
