Fantastic, I did read a variety of recipes and did add a tablespoon of vanilla also. I did turn it upside down on cans to cool. My family liked it also. Excellent pumpkin taste.

Sooooo yummy! Add a TBSP Vanilla and cool upside down (put the 2 ends of your baking dish on a couple of cans) - it makes the cake puff up even more. So moist!
