3 cup(s) uncooked white rice, BOIL
1/2 cup(s) canned tomato sauce
4 Tbsp canola oil
5 cup(s) water
4 Tbsp table salt
1 serving(s) SAZON CON ACHIOTE
1 cup(s) canned pinto beans
6 serving(s) ADOBO ALL PURPOSE SEASONING
1 clove(s) (medium) garlic clove(s), MINCED
- ADD OIL TO ALUMINUM POT. PUT ON STOVE TOP MEDIUM HEAT. ONCE OIL IS HOT POUR BEANS, TOMATO SAUCE, SALT, SAZON, ADOBO, MINCED GARLIC. STIR AND SIMMER AND ADD WATER. ONCE WATER BOILS ADD RICE. COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL RICE IS SOFT AND WATER IS ABSORBED.
