I forgot about cooked carrots until I saw this recipe. I like the sweetness & texture of cooked carrots vs. eating raw, hard carrots. I used a microwave cooking bag & also used fresh baby carrots instead of frozen slices. Using the recipe builder, I modified the recipe slightly, which only added an additional point. I used 1 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 1 tsp honey, and 1 tsp of maragine. I also counted this as 2 servings instead of 4. Thanks for posting this recipe!
