I am new to Weight Watchers and i am always looking for new recipe ideas. The problem was that I had promised (before joining) to make quiche for an upcoming brunch. This recipe proved to be just the one i needed. i was concerned about a "crustless" quiche but found that it didnot make any difference. i did flavor it with a llittle garlic, cayenne and nutmeg. set off with some fresh fruit, it was a savory addition to the brunch menu.
