1/2 cup(s) uncooked onion(s), Finely Chopped
1 cup(s) uncooked celery, Finely chopped
3/4 cup(s) fat free sour cream
1 serving(s) Salt, pepper and tabasco sauce to taste, To taste
1 serving(s) 1 Tablesppon ground dry mustard
1 medium green pepper(s), Chop Finely
2 1/2 cup(s) water-packed tuna fish drained, Squeeze standing water off, About six cans of tuna
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Open and Drain excess water off of tuna. Try not to press all the water off the tuna as it will make the tuna salad a little dry. Finely chop the onion, green pepper and celery. You may want to cut the celery stalks down the middle to get smaller slices of tuna. Stir in the Sour cream, Mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Add Salt, pepper and tabasco sauce to taste. Good as is or on toasted bread.
