Doesn't get much easier (or tastier). I've had tries at peanut sauce before, but this was the best I've made. Be cautious if you don't have reduced sodium soy sauce or broth, mine was a bit salty but that was my fault, not the recipe's.
FYI-Worcestershire sauce is NOT vegetarian! It has anchovies!!
I used my veggetti to make zucchini noodles (awesome tool for only 14.99 at Kmart) and placed the sauce over my noodles and some steamed brocolli. I did follow the recipe as written except I only had skippy regular peanut butter so I did not add the sugar. I also added more hot sauce <1 tsp>). My husband even liked it. Not to mention it makes a nice side only 1-2 points (depending on how much sauce you use).
