I cut the points by just using mustard to bind the chicken and onions. no flour no egg needed and you save 3 points. So yummy too
I cubed the chicken before I coated it. It stayed super juicy, and after it was done I mixed it with cauliflower and a teaspoon of sourcream. Yum!
i used egg beaters instead of eggs. Every little bit helps.
