Pretty good. The Neufchatel/low fat cream cheese does have that distinctive sort of sweetish taste, so be aware. I needed a bit more, so I just made 3 layers of potatoes instead of 2 and increased the bacon a bit. I made the same amount of sauce, and it was actually still a little too much/a bit thin, so I would either make less sauce next time or thicken it up a bit more. I also added chives on top and switched to the broiler for the last couple minutes to brown the cheese.
