This is such a great snack and doesn't taste like a light recipe. My anti-diet food boyfriend was licking the bowl clean.
Instead of topping it with chives, I mixed in two scallions, which give a nice texture and light oniony flavor. I doubled the recipe and measured out three tablespoons into some small tupperware. I've taken this with celery and carrots to work the past few days for a three-point afternoon snack. This is definitely going in the repetoire.
