I'm not sure it needs the sugar. Next time I will cut it in half. I made mine in the food processor. Will totally be making more of this

This was a delicious dressing! I didn't have the shallots or fresh versions of the herbs, however it still popped nicely with dried herbs. I used this over spinach salad for lunch, and it was DELISH!
I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised by this! The flavors were strong enough to not taste watery, and it dressed up a salad with enough flavor to make it a main course salad. Well done!
