This is another one of my favorites. I make a batch that lasts all week. Every morning I eat two pancakes with 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt (sweetened with a teaspoon of agave syrup) and 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries (or blueberries). Yum.
They turned out perfect. Filling and very tasty.
Love 'em! I eat them everyday for breakfast.
These are really good!! You can keep them thick or thin with a little extra milk and then it makes more than12. Adjust points accordingly. My husband even liked them and that is a WIn.
