I love this recipe. Initially, I thought the cinnamon would be too overpowering, and I wasn't keen on the applesauce, but I have made the recipe twice, and I would not recommend a single change. I make a batch and keep them in the refrigerator. That way breakfast is all set - two pancakes with 1/2 cup of agave sweetened Greek yogurt and fresh berries. I would make this recipe even if I wasn't following Weight Watchers.
