I love this salad!!
I never bother with the sesame seeds, but I substitute 1 tsp canola oil with 1 tsp toasted sesame oil and the flavor is amazing! I also add minced ginger and 1/2 serrano pepper to the dressing. It adds a really nice kick.
I substituted Dole Asian Chopped Salad Blend for the veggies. Added sesame seeds and cilantro as directed and made salad dressing as directed.
Saved a lot of time.
Why does this have points? 2 tsp of canola oil is only 2 points. That makes it .34 points per serving. So are fruits and veggies zero point food or not?
good and crunch, but nothing that great about it. Not sure what it's missing.
