I substituted Dole Asian Chopped Salad Blend for the veggies. Added sesame seeds and cilantro as directed and made salad dressing as directed.
Saved a lot of time.
Why does this have points? 2 tsp of canola oil is only 2 points. That makes it .34 points per serving. So are fruits and veggies zero point food or not?
good and crunch, but nothing that great about it. Not sure what it's missing.
this was a refreshing change from the mixed green salad I usually have, however, the jicama fruit wasnt a hit for me. I think next time I'll add a fuji apple instead. also, I will cut back on the cilantro to only a 1/4 cup. Otherwise a nice change.
