Very basic broccoli soup recipe. Not enough cheese to make it a creamy, cheesy rich soup like you imagine when you think of broccoli cheddar soup, but the broccoli flavor is fresh and the soup is a lovely, bright green. I put it back in the blender after adding the cheese, since I find fat free cheese doesn't melt the same way low fat or full fat cheese does. For one point, though, it's not half bad!
I did find that this does not make a full 4 servings of 1 1/4 cup. More like 3 and a half..
