These were so delicious! The texture was so yummy. Nice breakfast with mixed fruit and a cup of milk. I ought to make a bunch and store them in my freezer for the kids to have on their way out the door to school.
This recipe worked very well. I doubled it so I could freeze some. I added olive oil rather than canola, as that is what I had available, and I omitted the wheat germ. They baked up nicely and have a very good flavor.
